Wood blinds are similar in construction and operation to miniblinds and are often called "fine furniture for the window".

Our wood blinds are made from North American basswood and are available in a variety of stains and paints. They are available in 2" and 2 ½" slats, with the 2" slat as the most common and economical. Solid and decorative woven cloth tapes can be added to coordinate with surrounding décor.

Wood blinds bring warmth and a natural look to a room and provide excellent energy efficiency. Our suppliers provide heavy-duty headrails, extra thick ladders and cords, wood tassels, and a decorative "Royal" 3" valance at no extra charge.

Our upgraded wood blinds are offered in the same colors as our shutters. So now you can mix and match your shutters and wood blinds without having to worry about the colors not coordinating. Even if you decide to install all wood blinds, you will have a much larger selection of colors than in our standard deck. These blinds are available in 2" and 2 1/2" slats with either a routeless or tape option. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks delivery time for these blinds.

Wood blinds can also be motorized with a remote control operation.
