Your blinds carry a lifetime warranty - for as long as you own your home. There are a few exceptions to the warranty, and we can discuss this at your appointment.

We think your blind should be replaced because you have decided to redecorate, not because your blind has broken.

Since we warranty your blinds with our in-home service, we choose to use products and manufacturers that have proven to be reliable and durable.

But if you ever do have a problem, call us, we will come to your home, take down the blind, have it repaired or replaced, and reinstall it in your home.
